Held once a month before the new moon in a beautiful studio in Mount Barker, SA. This circle falls on the day of Imbolc, the midway point between winter solstice and spring equinox. Celebrating Imbolc in a women's wellness circle can be a beautiful and meaningful experience, as it aligns with themes of renewal, light, and the coming of spring. We can use this time to plant the seeds of new habits, intentions, and goals that will nourish our well-being throughout the year.

This circle is for women to gather and discuss all aspects of health and wellness as we venture through life whether in your MAIDEN or MOTHERING YEARS, are in PERI-MENOPAUSE or MENOPAUSE. A place to share stories, gain wisdom, learn tools to support ourselves and celebrate our lives. Join us for a monthly circle where we can explore holistic health support.

Topics will include:

Eating for each phase of our lives- balancing hormones through nutrition, gut health, emotional eating and choosing healthful options, anti-inflammatory eating and nutrient rich recipes.
Loving movement- yoga, dance, stretching for pelvic health
Creative expression- mandala painting, artistic therapy
Specific health related issues- thyroid health, menstrual health, hormone health
Living cyclically and how we can support ourselves weekly, monthly, yearly
Holistic wellness- sleep, stress management, self care rituals, embracing our feminine selves.

The circles will cover one specific topic each time we gather and you will come away with tools, tips and a sense of community knowing you can walk through life with others in the same boat.

Gathering in circles allows women to share wellness ideas and offers a unique blend of community, support, and empowerment. In these circles, women can openly discuss their experiences, challenges, and successes, creating a safe space for authentic connection and understanding. The collective wisdom of the group provides diverse perspectives and innovative solutions to health and wellness challenges, fostering a sense of solidarity and shared purpose. This communal environment encourages personal growth, emotional healing, and the reinforcement of positive habits. Additionally, the support and encouragement from fellow participants can inspire and motivate each woman to prioritize her well-being and explore new wellness practices, leading to improved physical, mental, and emotional health.
