Blissful Sister was created in 2014 after I returned from Bob Proctor's 'You Were Born Rich' Seminar in Los Angeles; however, my interest in wellbeing and spiritual seeking started years before.

Health challenges lead me down the path of holistic healing from a young age and I was always interested in the magical and mystical.

I am a Reiki, Raindrop Technique and DNA Key Practitioner, I also studied Health Coaching with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

For me, healing is a mental, physical, emotional and spiritual journey, which I am still on.
