To assist in navigating the ongoing array of changes and transitions that women encounter daily, we've assembled a lineup of exceptional speakers. They will share their encouraging and inspirational stories of change and transition, drawing from their personal journeys so far.

There will be fundraising on the day. All proceeds raised support Lifeline Hunter's local crisis and suicide prevention services.

Why the Women's Wellness Lunch?

We can better support women in our homes, schools, workplaces and communities by recognising and responding to the signs of developing, worsening or crisis point mental health problems.
Our mission is to better the mental health and wellbeing of women in our community. To achieve this, we:
- Prompt authentic connections through meaningful conversations;
- Inform and educate to make positive change in emotional health and mental wellbeing; and
- Raise charitable funds for Lifeline Hunter's vital mental health services delivered in our community.
