Women's Wellness Retreat Day at Sleeping Child Hot Springs!

Join us for the 2nd annual Women’s Wellness Retreat Day at Sleeping Child Hot Springs! Let’s celebrate each other as we pamper ourselves. Choose from individual and group experiences like: restore and balance with Sound, tap into healing with Reiki, enjoy a Massage, connect with yourself through Somatic Experiencing, learn about and experience Internal Family Systems or Hypnotherapy, release with Guided Meditation and Heartfulness, do Yoga, learn Pelvic Health practices,  liberate yourself with a Writing and Dance workshop, experience Breathe Work, express yourself with Art, dip into the Hot Springs, go for a Walk, soak up some rays in the Solarium, Relax, and enjoy a day just for You! The Morning Smoothie Bar, Lunchtime Salad Bar, and Light Evening Meal Buffet will nourish your body and liven your palette! Bring a yoga mat or blanket, swimsuit and towels, comfortable clothing, slippers or warm socks, a notebook or journal and a pen, the book you're reading,... heck you can even bring your bathrobe!  Come ready to be comfortable and connected. The Retreat is all day, from 10AM-7:00PM, but feel free to arrive or depart on your own schedule. Bring your beautiful Silent Auction Items and indulge in shopping the collected cool stuff that our Silent Auction always brings out!  This is an alcohol-free event.

This event will include our almost famous Repurpose-Regift-Recycle Silent Auction! And you can participate! You are invited to share your treasures and talents and to bid on what other guests bring along!

Do you have a wellness service to share? Do you have a wonderful piece of jewelry or gently used clothing that you wish to pass along, or a fantastic book you know others will love? Is there a piece of pottery or other artwork that you wish to share? Do you bake an amazing pie or cookies you can bring that will tempt people to place the winning bid? What about that great kitchen tool or small appliance you never actually use, or the wonderful vacation souvenir that just sits collecting dust- bring them along!  

We all have so much "stuff" in our lives.....this is a way to share something you have that you are ready to pass on for someone else to enjoy.

We hope to make this a fun Silent Auction full of unique, inspiring items so bring them along and remember to bring cash or check so you can bid on your favorites!
