Designed to cocoon you from the outside world for a day of healing, pampering, education and awakening for the body, mind and soul.

Be greeted on arrival with a warm cup of ceremonial cacao before immersing in sessions of Lucia Light Therapy, Nature, Sound and Energy Healing, Meditation, Yoga, Ayurveda, Nutrition, Kinesiology, Pilates, Life Coaching, and Facial Massage.

Be held in the inviting warmth of the Boheme Yoga Sanctuary by a community of facilitators passionate about women's wellness and vitality including:
