We come together to explore the wisdom of aging, not as something to be resisted or hidden, but as a profound journey of becoming. This is a time of life that invites us to step into our power, to slow down, listen more deeply and embody the lessons that only lived experience can offer.

In this circle we recognize the unique challenges that come with this ‘Autumn’ season - changes physically, shifting roles, the loss and renewal of identity and the tender griefs that arise along the way. We celebrate the insight, clarity and strength that emerges when we move through these changes with intention and support.

This is a space for sharing stories - not polished or perfect, but honest and real. It’s a place where knowledge isn’t just passed down, but drawn from within. Here, we are all teachers and we are all still learning.

We will explore practices that support us - breathwork, journalling, somatic movement, grounding yin. Practices that help us connect not only to ourselves but to each other in sacred community.
