9.00 am-9.30am Joan Carpenter - Experience the power of the Wise Woman within You Circle: You are held and heard as you share from your heart in a safe, confidential and nonjudgmental space. It is powerful to experience if you haven't sat in a Circle before as you may hear from across the Circle the words you have been needing to hear for your own journey.

9:30am -1:00pm (including morning tea break) - Sue Jones - Part 1: Mayan Abdominal Womb Massage

*Mayan Abdominal Womb Massage with Sue Jones including wonderful information about your pelvis, womb, and more.

Each woman will learn to do this HERSELF 1-1 over the session with Sue as each of you get individual attention so you will be confident when you leave to continue this important practice with yourself.

Part 2: Castor Oil packs, and more. Guide to using castor oil packs for healing and womb health. Sue will give a demonstration and show how to do this on yourself at home.

All materials provided. Includes the massage oil and herbs you will use for both sessions. Plus Sue will have all materials available for purchase on the day to take home to continue your practice of self-care.

1:00pm - 2:00pm Lunch: BYO - please bring a light healthy lunch. If weather permits you will be able to sit outside and enjoy nature and the bird songs! Stove top/oven/microwave/refrigerator available for your use plus all crockery/cutlery

2:00pm - 5.00pm Vesna Cavic: Yoni Steaming Ceremony - Vesna offers us her experience and wisdom throughout the afternoon with showing us how to do vaginal (Yoni) steaming and leading us into ceremonial space by connecting with the Medicine Woman within.

The herbs and flowers utilized during this medicinal ancient practice come from Sue's garden and they are harvested with love to be shared with each of you.

✨Yoni Steaming wooden seats are provided (Yoni Thrones)

BYO 2 large and 1 medium size towels and a flowy wide skirt/dress/sarong to wear during the yoni steaming session.

✨Please do not do the yoni steam session if you are:

Pregnant
If you have an Intrauterine Device (IUD)
Have an active internal infection (cervical, uterine or ovarian inflammation)
Have any open herpes sores or blisters present
During menstruating or if you spontaneously bleed between cycle.

5:30pm - 6:30pm Shared Dinner: This meal together builds community and connection. Bring a small meal to share with all ingredients labelled. Thank you.

7:00pm - 8:30pm - Nic Smith - Dry brushing, Breast Care and Massage plus Yoni Eggs - how to choose and use

Each woman will learn how to easily do her own body care so she can continue this routine into her daily life.
You will receive a free Body brush, Breast Oil & "How To" Booklet plus a Yoni egg and a booklet about usage.

8:30pm - 9:30pm Closing Circle

🌺All seating in the Hearth Room (workshop space) including cushions, chairs, blankets, etc for comfort.

🌺All cuppas & snacks provided for whole weekend including all milks, honey, sugar.

🌺For your BYO food: on site refrigerator, stove top, oven, microwave. All crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.

🌺Filtered rain water.

🌺Fun and lots of shared wisdom.

Please bring:
