Welcome to the first open women's yoga circle. This is an offering close to my heart and born out of a desire to create a regular, intentional and supportive space for womxn to connect inwards and with others, below the surface level.

Why do we come together for a yoga circle?

◦ To restore and rejuvenate your whole being through self-exploration and expression

◦ To dive into our inherent interconnectedness, to learn from and feel the support of other women

◦ To shift the feeling of aloneness and isolation - whether perceived or real - to a feeling of deeper connection, support and receptivity

◦ To experience being seen, heard, and received in your self-expression

◦ To allow space to connect to your breath, body and inner presence through yoga and meditation practices - resting and restoring the nervous system

◦ To meet and join with other women - to foster a community based on loving connection, stories that resonate and deep support

Each circle will be themed around an intention or topic, to be explored through a combination of yoga and movement, reflective meditations, creative practices and a safe container for sharing together and witnessing each other. Practices will be gentle and restorative and all ages and levels of experience are welcome.

What happens at the circle?

◦ Opening and honouring of the traditional owners, and the women who are present

◦ Meditative/creative practice to arrive, connect inwards with what is present and set an intention

◦ Supportive sharing/discussion circle, connection exercise or game - there is no pressure to share, witnessing is welcome too

◦ Yoga practice - this might be gentle hatha yoga asana or other movements, meditation, pranayama, or Yoga Nidra.

◦ Closing circle with sharing tea and treats together :)

INVESTMENT: $25-$35 sliding scale (pay what feels right for you). Select your payment when you go to book your place.

Open to anyone identifying as a woman or non-binary.
