Wellspace Women's Sauna Series is back with a extended 3 sessions!

All is welcome to attend Thursday night's fortnightly sessions 6-9pm. 

Session 1: 23rd May includes yin yoga.
Session 2: 6th June includes sound therapy.
Session 3: 20th June includes art therapy

There will also be a women's day retreat 29th June so watch this space!
 
Join us for an evening of authentic expression, connection and community with like minded women. This unique gathering gives you an opportunity to make some lasting female friends and do something a little different!

With your host Reanna Arberry, who specialises in all things good for your mind, body & soul - you will be guided through the evening to just be yourself and breathe. 
From myofascial massage, reiki healing, yin yoga, to breathwork, fireside chats and pizza making, Reanna is here to share her passions of health & wellness.

  59 Boyd Road, Kawarau Falls, Queenstown
  We are privileged to be using one of Queenstown's most uniquely secluded and idillic private properties in the Whakatipu Region. Sunvale Estate is a locally owned private 24 acre property, hosting some of the regions most beautiful wildlife, located on the banks of the Kawarau River. We ask that you respect the land and local residence by leaving your dogs at home.
 
-  Follow the arrows and road cones down to the located parking area and park uniformly. 
-  Arrive 10-15mins early so you can get signed and settled in on time.
 

😎 Chill Space
 
 Being an outdoor company, Wellspace uses marquees as our safe space from the elements. We ask that you use the cubby holes provided to stash your gear in or neatly on the ground. We love it when people are tidy.
 There is a small changing room for your privacy in the corner if you wish to change into your bathing suit. We do encourage people to go nude if they feel comfortable to do so (a very common European practice). 
Please bring your towel into the sauna to sweat in or on as this is essential. And bring yourself another to dry yourself with for afterwards.
 
 You will be given a group number upon arrival, and will ring the bell at the start of every round of sauna. The second round will start 15mins later. We operate on a first in first served  basis;  if you arrive late, you may have to wait.
 
🧐 How does sauna & icebaths flow?
 
Essentially; there will be upto 16 poeple in total: two groups of 8 people, sauna for 15 minute rounds, followed by optional cold water therapy (for at least 30 seconds is recommended). The next round will happen in 15minutes so you can chill out in the meantime ;) 
 

🕺What to bring?

• x2 Towels 
• Bathing or Birthday Suit
• Water bottle 
• Proof of booking
• Dressing Gown /Warm clothes
• *BYO food for nibbles/pizza/drinks/snacks etc. Wellspace has a pizza oven on site which you can cook your own food

This event is alcohol, drug and smoke/vape free.
We have a no dog policy, please leave them at home.

⛑ Safety
Please read the terms and conditions and make sure you understand the risks involved before electronically signing the waiver.
Inform Reanna or a team member if you have a medical condition prior to entering the sauna and/or cold water. Please note that it is not recommended to participate in the sauna or cold plunge if you have any heart or brain dis-ease, injury or if you are pregnant. Please consult a doctor if this is you before participating.
Please take 15minute breaks in between sauna and stay hydrated. 
When going from hot to cold, take your time between the two. Let the nervous system re-regulate first otherwise you may experience a euphoric dizziness. If you do get dizzy, don't worry, it's a normal response and will subside so enjoy the ride. 
All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied and actively supervised by a parent or guardian.
