Rachel Yang - Partner, Giant Leap
Rachel is a Partner at Giant Leap, Australia’s first 100% impact venture capital fund backing mission-driven founders solving the world's most pressing problems and using business as a force for good across three themes: health and wellbeing, sustainable living and empowering people. She is also the Chair of Startup Victoria, a non-profit, grassroots organisation supporting startup founders succeed and is a member of the Victorian State Government’s Innovation Taskforce. Her background is in management consulting and corporate finance, and she previously co-founded a non-profit organisation to raise funds and awareness for Motor Neurone Disease.
Rebecca Rozencwajg
- GM Investors, LaunchVic
Bec is the General Manager Investors at LaunchVic where she leads the development of programs and initiatives that catalyse private sector investments in Victorian early-stage startups, including overseeing the $10 million Alice Anderson Fund that supports women-led startups and the Hugh Victor McKay Fund that supports Victorian based AgTech startups. Previously, Bec worked as Head of Policy and Government Relations at B Lab Australia and New Zealand and has held senior roles with Qantas and Tourism Victoria. Bec has also consulted to a number of startup's on grant funding, impact-measurement and and strategic communications. Bec is a passionate advocate for businesses that champion a strong and deliberate intersection of profit and purpose.
Tracey Warren - CEO & Founding Partner, F5 Collective
Tracey is an experienced professional with a background in financial markets, advisory, and strategy. With a deep passion for supporting female founders, she is determined to highlight the investment opportunity that exists in backing exceptional women-led ventures. Recognising the power of intersectionality, Tracey strongly believes in the potential of impact and returns working hand in hand. Her goal is to activate a regenerative ecosystem that provides the necessary support, funding, and tools for women to thrive in the business world.
Jeannette Chah - CEO & Co-Founder, HEX
Jeanette Cheah is an award-winning tech and business leader based in Melbourne, and raised across the US, Japan and Australia. As CEO & founder of HEX, she’s dedicated to transforming young people into the innovators the world needs tomorrow. Jeanette also leads tech diversity programs at Monash University, contributes as EIR, mentor, and judge for accelerators like TechStars, Catalysr and RMIT LaunchHUB, and co-created the Gingerbread Demolition fundraiser for Save the Children Australia.
Chanel Costabir - Founder & CEO, One Key Access
Chanel is the Founder & CEO of One Key Access. She is a business builder and generalist, with experience driving initiatives across Logistics, eCommerce, Fashion, Retail, IoT, Luxury Goods, and Environmental Sustainability. Chanel enjoys creating, incubating and deploying disruptive business models for B2B & B2C technology products, using lean start-up methodology combined with enterprise rigour. Drawing on her background in consumer psychology, Chanel offers a customer-centric approach to business and innovation.
Jodi Geddes - Co-Founder, Circle In
Jodi and Kate Pollard co-founded Circle In in 2017 with a clear mission to create a better working world for caregivers. Their digital first employee benefits platform empowers companies to go beyond policies to build caregiver-friendly cultures and workplaces by providing on-demand access to expert advice and support for caregiving employees and their managers at every life stage. Since launch, Circle In has scaled globally with 130% growth in users over the past 12 months alone.
