Christie has built a reputation for supporting women to achieve their health and fitness goals by catering to their individual needs and stages. She felt that women could be better served in the fitness industry and created 'Active Soul' to offer the support, education and motivation women needed to thrive. Christie has been recognised at the New Zealand Exercise Industry Awards, named NZ’s best group trainer two years running in 2019 and 2020

Lydia Dorotich - Hormone Naturopath for Women

Is a registered Naturopath, Health Coach and Medical Herbalist specializing in Women's Health. Lydia helps women through all hormonal shifts and stages throughout their lives - not only do they change throughout the month but they also have major transitions throughout life - puberty, pregnancy, birth, menopause.

Jess takes a holistic approach to her practice, primarily specializing in gastrointestinal (gut) health.

Portfolio Manager (Women & Girls, Coach Development, Good Sports®) at Aktive - Auckland Sport & Recreation. Simone is passionate about supporting women and girls in sport and has a key role in investigating the opportunities and challenges for women and girls within play, active recreation and sport.

Simone comes with a wealth of knowledge around the importance of training to your cycle and understanding your body's needs in order to gain max results in whatever exercise and sports you choose to partake in.
