To celebrate International Women's Day, join us for an inspiring and uplifting afternoon of conversation, connection, and stories from women making an impact across emergency services and community leadership.

Hosted at the Strathalbyn SES Unit, the afternoon is all about visibility, connection, and recognising the many ways women contribute, alongside the chance to hear from incredible leaders who show up when their community needs them most.

And yes, because we’re at an SES unit… expect a few fun, hands-on surprises too.

This is an inclusive event and people of all genders are welcome to come along, listen, learn and celebrate the women who show up for our communities every day.

Hosted by Amy Springhall, Founder of The Visibility Project, bringing together a powerhouse panel of women who know a thing or two about showing up:

Kristy Phelps
Acting Chief Officer
South Australian State Emergency Service

Hannah Wandel OAM
Chief Executive Officer
South Australian Fire and Emergency Services Commission (SAFECOM)

Sue Miller
Councillor
Alexandrina Council

Fiona Madigan
Deputy Unit Manager
South Australian State Emergency Service Noarlunga Unit

Tickets are limited and expected to sell quickly, so please register to secure your place. This is a community event and everyone is welcome.

This event is brought to you by The Visibility Project and the South Australian State Emergency Service.
