Join us for an evening talking about the benefits of nature for women’s well-being, and how to thrive as a women in the outdoors.
A subject not discussed enough especially in relation to adventure and the outdoors, we talk about how to harness our menstrual cycle for optimal performance and wellbeing.
Women’s bodies, menstrual cycles and menopause - come and learn about how to improve mindsets, change how we move and better fuel and nourish our bodies in a holistic approach.

Hear from the incredible Nicole Walker - an expert in women’s health, having studied under Dr Stacy Sims - the global leader in women’s physiology and performance. Nicole is passionate about women’s health, being strong and working with our unique bodies to thrive in life. A big trail runner, mountain biker and kayaker and former elite triathlete, Nicole runs her own business ‘Strong Wāhine’ - to holistically empower women to thrive.
