Womens 4 week course

This 4 week course is an expansion of the Stay Away Seminar, and is going to be hosted here in Lafayette, IN for the first time! We are going to dive into different techniques and situations that we could cover in a 3 hour seminar. 

we will cover attacks on the ground, pinned against a wall, being threatened by a knife and more!!

We are going to meet Nov 8, 15, 29 and Dec 6. we are skipping a week for thanksgiving. 

You do not need to participate in the stay away seminar before participating in this course but it would be a great place to start. we are having one on Nov 4 right before this course.
