The Womens Inner Harmony Circle is after the Autumn equinox & the April Eclipse a special time to come together as women and find that inner balance and realignment again. In circle we honour ourselves and acknowledge our courageous journeys as women who are forever evolving and transitioning. Autumn is also a time to start listening to the guidance of nature and its call to start resting & rejuvenating the body and mind after the Summer period. We surrender to a complete reset of the nervous system as we embrace the graceful art of change in the nurturing support of women.
As women we have many hats to wear and many roles to fulfill so it is deeply nourishing to meet in a non judgemental environment and just be our authentic selves as we gently peel back the layers and surrender .
The afternoon will begin with a cacao ceremony where we will come together in circle and set our Intentions for the day. It is a great time of year to come together to acknowledge ourselves and connect consciously in a supportive and nurturing environment.
After ceremony I will guide you into a Restorative yoga practice that connects you to your body whilst calming the nervous system , then we will be ready for a guided meditation that will take you deeper into relaxation .This deeply calming practice will have long lasting effects as it resets your body and mind and guides you deeper into Surrender.
After Restorative yoga & Meditation we will immerse ourselves in a Sound Bath with our special guest . Tune out to the deeply relaxing and healing sounds of a variety of instruments where the frequencies and vibration of the sound bring your body and mind back into balance and harmony.
The afternoon will take you on a journey through guided Visualisations , Circle time , Restorative yoga ,Guided Meditation and an amazing Sound Bath leaving you in a total state of Bliss.
You will feel more clear and calm ,restored and renewed, you may receive clarity, inspiration and deep insights about your own life. Overall you will feel like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders , more light & free and ready to shine as your renewed self.
