Spring has sprung, and that means it’s time to gather again: this time for a seasonal women's circle and sound bath! Come and gather in community as we dive deep in conversation, snack, and enjoy a soothing sound bath to ground into connection with ourselves and with one another. Whether you’re a long-time community member or this is your first Upper Left Ladies event, it’s a perfect time to immerse yourself in an evening of community connection with other women & femmes who believe in gathering together for the same reasons as you.

We will be nearing the end of a season of solar and lunar eclipses, which bring with them their own sets of lessons, especially known for releasing, shedding, and transmuting. We’ll have a chance to share and connect over our own current lessons and experiences within these themes, supported by a nourishing sound bath by Antha Reynolds, ULL Member, intuitive healer, and founder of Late Breakfast. We’ll then discuss how we can transmute these lessons to bring them into higher vibration with us. There is such power in sharing the dreams and visions for what we’re calling in next, for ourselves and our communities alike - we will practice visualization and hold these visions for one another. In true ULL fashion, we’ll wrap the night with some mingling, bites, tarot, and sparkling herbal-infused sips from Lolo Hops!

Event Flow:

7:00 - 7:30 - arrival, mingling, tarot readings (yes, it's okay to arrive any time by 7:30)
7:30 - come together & connect
8:00 - sound bath, journaling, discussion
9:00 - 9:30 - bevs, bites, mingling, tarot readings

We'll bring the good vibes, food, wine, NA bevs, sound bath, discussion and journaling prompts.
You bring your radiant self, clothes suited for floor seating, and a notebook and pen if you like. We'll have blankets and bolsters for floor seating, if you wish to bring an additional pillow or blanket for comfort, feel free.

Tarot readings with Megan of Madampersand will be available for $20 per reading. Everything else is included in the price of your ticket!

"I am an intuitive healer, 300-YTT yoga teacher, photographer, and artist. Late Breakfast is a holistic approach to self-care: Slow mornings, self-care, and gentleness with all parts of ourselves. Through candles, bath salts, accessible healing sessions, group events and workshops, my goal is to help a self-care practice become a part of your everyday. I also am building a directory of Black women, trans men and non-binary healers to help connect practitioners to the clients that are looking for them. This idea was born out of my own experience of finding a Black woman therapist, and the feeling of safety that came from feeling seen on a deeper level." What to wear? We won't be practicing yoga at the event (though have at it!), but we'll still sit on cozy floor seating yoga style, so wear something you're comfortable wearing for floor seating. For dressing, think happy hour vibes, but most importantly arrive in a way that feels like you.
