Women's Circle - Blue Lotus Ceremony - Embodiment Meditation - Sound Healing

Soul sisters, you are invited to join a small gathering of spiritual women, in sacred space (limited to 7 spaces). 

You will enter sacred ceremony with blue lotus tea, be guided through a healing embodiment meditation which connects you with your heart/soul, followed by sound healing, and sharing.

You will experience connection, healing and sisterhood. Come and meet some new friends and feel nourished and rejuvenated.

Sacred Circle for Soulful Women includes:

• Ceremony
• Blue Lotus Tea
• Guided Embodiment Meditation
• Sound Healing with Crystal Singing Bowls, Drum, Rattles - to release old energies and raise your vibration
• Oracle Cards
• Sharing - as this is a small gathering each women has a chance to share, be seen, heard and acknowledged
• Light refreshments are provided: herbal teas, vegan and gluten-free treats such as bliss balls or a raw slice, fruit

A comfortable thick mat and a cushion is provided so you can lie down for the meditation and sound healing.

Please Bring:

• A water bottle
  
• Something to add to the altar to offer your energy and absorb energy and take that home with you - such as a crystal, shell, flower, feather etc.
  
• Optional: a blanket or extra cushions for meditation if you feel you need extra support and warmth
• Optional: a journal if you would like to write any insights from meditation or ritual

About Sacred Circle for Soulful Women

Sacred Circle for Soulful Women offers a safe space for women where we can connect, share from our hearts, and engage in sacred practices and ritual together. Each woman has the opportunity to be seen and heard without judgement. Gathering in circle was practiced by our ancestors and it has been revived because human beings need this. We need safe places to gather where we can drop our social masks, and connect on a deeper level. Bella created this circle in 2019, in Brisbane. Bella moved to the Gold Coast in 2022 and now offers the circle in her home in Currumbin Valley.

• This space is sacred; we honour it as a place for creating a sense of magick, divinity and wholeness.

About Bella

Bella has been facilitating sacred circles since 2019, after she experienced a heart awakening - and felt the call to share practices and create sacred space for awakening women to gather together. Bella is passionate about holistic healing and is a Holistic Counsellor, Intuitive Healer, Aromatherapist and Massage Therapist. Bella loves working with women to help them connect with their true self, heal themselves, and experience more freedom, joy and bliss.

About Embodiment Meditation

Bella learned embodiment meditation from a teacher/healer, Leanora. This practice activated a heart awakening and soul connection in Bella, that was more powerful than any of her previous spiritual awakenings. Through this practice, Bella learned to heal trauma and parts of her self. Bella shares the practice which allows you to connect with your felt sense, and be guided by your soul. Insights, healing, transformation and mystical experiences happen with this practice. It is relatively easy to do, even if you are new to meditation. You will be guided to focus on your breath, become present in your whole body, then connect with your heart space and soul/light within you. You will gently contact the sensations and parts of you in your energy field/body - in a state of love, acceptance and compassion. The practice can go much deeper and you can build on it in your own time with further practice. In this group practice you learn the basics that will build this connection with your soul, which will be an endless resource for you.


Time:

Please arrive by 5:20pm as the sacred circle will commence at 5:30pm sharp, and doors will close. The circle will end around 8:00pm. Sometimes we may want to chat for longer, as the conversation is so good, but if you need to leave by 8:00pm please let us know at the beginning. 

Location:

21 Village Way, Currumbin Valley, Queensland 4223. You can park across the road at the "Village Green". Please refer to the instructions on the email when you purchase your ticket.

Refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the event (the booking fee is non-refundable).
