Kat is a movement and mindset coach who started her wellness journey teaching yoga 8 years ago, which has since progressed to include teaching Pilates, Reformer, Barre, Group Fitness and Personal Training. She is very passionate about making movement accessible for everyone and has recently been inspired to incorporate her knowledge and experience of mindfulness into her teachings in a much deeper way. She is driven to empower women and guide them on letting go of limiting beliefs, finding peace and love within their bodies and minds, and living the life of their wildest dreams.
