Women's Circles are a beautiful opportunity to slow down, nurture yourself, practice sharing your voice, and connect with like-minded people.
You can expect to be guided through gentle movement, relaxing meditation, journaling prompts, and a sharing circle.
These events are an invitation for women of all backgrounds and cultures to come together for an evening of connection and nourishment.
What to expect:
~ Gentle movement and guided meditation to come home to your body
~ Manta music sound healing to cultivate deep relaxation
~ Journaling prompts to release what needs ending and allow new seeds to grow
~ Sharing circle to feel seen, practice sharing your voice, and connect with others
