Join me for a sacred gathering of Reflecting and Connecting as we look back over the spring months and both celebrate and lay to rest that which has occurred in this season. This circle provides you the opportunity to engage in guided personal reflection, identifying what has and hasn’t worked for you in this season. Led by an experienced circle facilitator, educator and counsellor, this event provides opportunity for personal growth and sharing with other women.

Hosted under the stars and by the river, this gathering provides you the opportunity to connect to yourself and others, in the beauty of nature. This is a safe space for you to be seen, heard, held and to heal.

The circles I host are therapeutic spaces where I guide women in a variety of activities that nurture the body, soul and spirit. During our time together you will be invited to connect to self, Spirit and one another by participating in a guided meditation, end of season reflection activity and group sharing.

As we join together you will have the opportunity to;
💫 Meet like minded women

💫 Connect to your authentic self

💫 Engage in therapeutic activities

💫 Encounter love and acceptance

💫 Grow personally and spiritually

💫 Ground in nature

💫 Restore your body-soul-spirit

A safe place where connection, courage and creativity thrive.

This is a nurturing and non-judgemental gathering for those who are attuned to their need for connection to self and others, Women of all ages and social/cultural backgrounds are WELCOME.
