Sometimes we feel vulnerable sharing what's on our heart with strangers. But believe me when I say that before our first meeting is even over, these divine women will feel more soul sister than stranger. And sometimes it can feel easier (and so liberating!) to share our truths with people who aren't so entangled or triggered by what we have to say.

Running throughout the school term (because it feels so divine and necessary to relax into the void of school holidays), we will gather in circle online each fortnight on a Wednesday morning.

Make yourself a lovely cup of tea and wear whatever feels good for you on the day.....perhaps your most comfy track pants or your Byron Bay best!

Bring along:
- your journal & pen
- a candle and something to light it with
- something from nature that feels grounding for you - perhaps a flower, leaf, pebble, crystal, feather or sprig of rosemary from your garden
- earphones/headphones to keep our circle feeling intimate
