A fun dance-based class incorporating all styles of dance. This class is suitable for all ages and capabilities. A great way to get fit, get moving and meet other women in the community. The perfect combination of social interaction and fitness.

Some important things to note:

Registration in advance is essential.
Registering for the class is agreeing to the fact that you are physically capable of participating in exercise. If you are unsure, please speak to your doctor.
Bring a water bottle.
Arrive 5 minutes early to allow you to get setup before class.
