A half-day journey through HeartHealing™, connection & movement.

Join me for a powerful 4-hour healing circle where we’ll gently come back into connection with the body through love, truth, and reverence.

This is a space to:

Explore the heart wounds that have shaped how you see yourself.
Experience a deep healing through a group HeartHealing™️ Session.
Understand how your nervous system has been wired for survival, not safety
Begin to rewrite the belief systems that keep you living for through others and for others.
Reconnect with your embodied power through guided movement and sacred reflection
Be held in community, truth, and deep witnessing

We’ll move through the body–mind–heart connection with:

Opening meditation + pandiculation
Journaling rituals + card pulls
HeartHealing™ journey
Gentle embodiment + dance
Sacred sharing + closing ritual

This isn’t just a circle. It’s a return to yourself.

A space to exhale, to remember, and to reclaim the wisdom that’s always been within you.

Spots are limited to keep the space intimate.

Please prepare:

A journal and pen

A comfy camping chair or anything that would be comfortable for them to sit in for the circle. I will have a couple of extra camping chairs. If you are comfortable in the floor, that's absolutely welcome to be bring anything they need to be comfortable (i.e. yoga mat, blanket)

Special memento or item (ex. crystal, meaningful jewellery, keep safe, talisman)

Your favorite mug

Your favourite tarot or oracle deck (if you have one). I will pull out a few cards for the collective if you don't have a deck.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.

To honour the sacred space we are creating, we will begin on time, and unfortunately, we won’t be able to let anyone in once the circle has started. If you arrive late, your space will be forfeited.

I know this may feel strict, but it’s essential for maintaining the safe and supportive energetic container that makes this experience so special. Thank you for respecting this boundary and for arriving in a way that honours both yourself and the group. 💛
