This unique fundraising event brings together expert Women’s Health Physiotherapists, Movement Specialists, and Wellness Practitioners to guide you through a series of classes, workshops, and interactive sessions. From Postnatal Recovery and Paediatric Physiotherapy checks to Breath-work, Dance, and Physiotherapy checks. Designed to help you rediscover your body, reconnect with yourself, and embrace a healthier, happier you.
