Hannah's own significant health journey has been her greatest teacher, shaping her into an exceptional healer and a living example of overcoming challenges. Known for her straightforward, no-nonsense approach, Hannah tells it like it is, cutting through the noise to deliver clear, effective guidance.

With 7 years in practice and lived experience in mental health wellbeing, Amy specialises in women's wellbeing during major life transitions from career warrior, mama to be, menopausal matriach and beyond.
