WOMENS HORMONE RESET

Welcome to Women's Hormone Reset

Every 2nd Saturday (starting 25th July), you are invited along to a mini-class in understanding your hormones, connection & gentle movement to clear your mind & recalibrate.

This session is for you that are always busy, craving a break from the everyday stress and curious about your hormones.

Take this time to do something for YOU.

Please bring a yoga mat & journal/pen

Wear comfortable clothes

After the session, anyone who would like to join for a cosy cuppa at one of the nearby cafes are very welcome - such a nice way chat and enjoy a relaxed Saturday morning together.
