Welcome to this half day experience completely immersed in nature, connecting to and embodying your true nature, the wild, raw, unconditional loving essence of YOU.

My vision for this experience is a group of women (who come as "strangers" and leave as sisters) sitting in circle, surrounded by the trees and the birds, with the ocean crashing in the background, barefoot, connected to the earth, laughing, crying, singing, dancing, allowing our truth to be seen, heard and held by our sisters and the Earth. Connecting to the elements that are inside each of us and welcoming back the parts of ourselves that may have been pushed down, hidden or denied due to past experiences or conditioning that left us fragmented.

As the truth of Mama Nature welcomes us home to our own True Nature.

Here we will share a sacred Cacao experience, designed to support you to connect deeply with your inner wisdom, with love for yourself and your incredible body.

The experience will include:

* Intention setting and transformation of outdated belief systems.

* Embodied Ecstatic Dance.

* Breathwork.

* Guided journey to connect with the wisdom of your heart.

* Optional water cleansing where fears, shame, self-judgement (whatever you are wanted to let go of) is released.

* Group sharing and embodiment practices.

* Sharing of food.

This experience is all about embracing YOU, loving your incredible body and allowing yourself to be fully expressed as the incredible, powerful woman that you are, being seen and loved by sisters in your truth.
