Join us for an energising and rejuvenating outdoor wellness experience with Wellspace’s Women's Sauna Series.
A series of evenings dedicated to connecting with nature, self, and others through movement, creative expression, and the therapeutic benefits of hot and cold therapy.

Your host, Reanna Arberry, brings her expertise in mind, body, and soul wellness. Specialising in myofascial release massage, reiki healing, and yin yoga, Reanna is passionate about guiding you on your health and wellness journey.

Celebrate the renewal energy of spring with sessions designed to inspire deep reflection, foster meaningful connections, and prepare you for the summer months ahead.

Event Details:

When: Thursdays, 6-9 PM, on a fortnightly basis
Where: Wellspace: 59 Boyd Road, Kawarau Falls, Queenstown

Session Schedule:

Session 1: 19th September - Free the Breath

Session 2: 3rd October - Yin yoga by Reanna

Session 3: 17th October - Free movement Yoga by Lilia

Session 4: 31st October - Herbal workshop by Megan

Session 5: 14th November - Art therapy by Nicole

Session 6: 28th November - Self defence workshop by Victoria

Each session includes breath-work, two rounds of sauna, light refreshments, and concludes with a cacao circle.

Follow the arrowed road cones down to the river.
Arrive 15mins early; no sooner, no later.

x2 Towels & bathing suit (or nude)
Water bottle
Dressing Gown /Warm clothes
BYO food, snacks & drinks (The pizza oven is currently out of order)
Please leave your dogs at home.

This event is drug, alcohol and vape free.
