Join Myla Rose for a weekend immersion of journeying into the somatic depths of your embodied and sensual feminine expression.

A safely held space to explore and cultivate those deep lines of connection between body and expression through sensation and movement. This intensive is experiential and about your experience and sensation, it is not about choreography or learning moves. This is not your typical 'sexy dance class' but is focused on building presence and a rootedness in yourself as a woman and moving from that place within yourself.

Dates: February 21st ( Sat 10-4pm) and 22nd ( Sun 10-2pm) 2026

Price: $160 ($140 Earlybird) for the full weekend. If you are only able to attend on the Saturday, please contact Myla 0455 411 238 to see if there is space available.

Who: All women welcome (16yo +), no prerequisites or dance experience necessary. Come dance with the body that you are.

Wear: Comfy clothes that you feel unhindered by (ie. can roll on the floor or wont bother you by riding up etc).

Where: North Fremantle Community Centre

At the conclusion of the weekend you will be sent 5 somatic audio explorations on the different topics covered to support your integration at home.

(There is also the same intensive running in the Margaret River Region on the 14-15th March LINK)

TESTIMONIALS FROM PAST PARTICIPANTS:

'Myla's offerings are like no other, a trailblazer in the world of somatics, her passion and knowledge of the human body and its somatic intelligence is next level incredible. She is a natural leader in her facilitation style, creating safety and directness that invites us to explore our body and its unique journey with ease and reverence. I have gained so much so far, helping me become a more embodied, sensuous and grounded version of myself, absolutely priceless!'

'The space she supports and holds is honest, humble, deep and grounded. My nervous system felt a nourished sense of safety, curiosity and the right dose of ‘edge’ invited by Myla to explore and gently unravel in.'

'It was one of the most profound inner embodied experiences I have done, connecting and listening to the messages my body has to share with me and discovering what authentic sensuality is for me...As a new mum I had been giving so much outside of myself. This helped me to reorientate back into my body, to nourish me and listen to and honour me....so that I can be the most incredible mum. I've been able to show up as a thriving mother and wife from more wholeness because of this series. Thank you Myla. Honestly I am SO GRATEFUL for this series and what it unlocked and continues to unlock in my life.
