This is a sacred space, an absolute sanctuary for all women to come to explore places in your hearts and mind longing for deeper connections with others and yourself.

Sitting in Circle here is with the purpose for a woman to live her unique life to the fullest, that is to show up as herself embracing her experiences of self-discovery with the self-expressions, as she weaves through what story to find solace.

Trusting our inner journey with self-compassion we can experience the gifts in the epi centre of the pain, the transitions, the not knowing, where we celebrate each other. Energetically we are holding a container for us to embrace the deep cavern of our bodies and hearts invigorating us to receive a shimmering reflection of our divinity through each other.

Each circle is open to all women, for heartfelt sharing, happy heart tea or cacao, guided meditation, journalling, light breathing techniques and cultivating intimacy with all expressive movement to let-go and re-alignment (nervous system-led) with shared intention to embody soulful connection. with yourself and the women in the circle.

The space is for a small intimate group of 8 women:)

About Me, your facilitator
A Breathwork expert facilitating diverse breath invocations of Conscious Connected Breath, Tantric Breath and Pranayama Yogic Therapies to work with all levels with a rich platform of modalities. I am registered with The Australian Breathwork Association for Trauma Informed Breathwork, Somatic Therapies and Shamanic Healing. Advanced Kundalini Bodywork + De-armouring with shadow work, non-dual psychology, polarity framework, tantra in supporting transforming trauma. Trained in working to clear the path to facilitate Kundalini Energy Activations from cleared trauma and support the healthy liberation of ones kundalini to rise. I am an integral healer weaving the primal forces breath, shamanism, kundalini and alchemical rituals weaving in aspects of Kundalini yoga teachings, sound and body-soul mapping + Nlp that are all woven in my events + sessions, that offers a wisdom that richly explores the nucleus of your entire ecosystem.
