Welcome, Sisters of Silence,

I warmly invite you to embark on a sacred journey — a gentle and profound return to yourself — as we come together within Mother Nature's energy.

Simplicity • Silence • Self-Awareness
These are the three gateways through which your truth will gently rise.

Nestled in the quiet beauty of the hinterland lies a nurturing space to exhale, ground, reflect, play, rejuvenate, and heal.
For this retreat, we have the entire FIGTREE Campground at Cedarvale Park, Sandy Creek QLD reserved exclusively for our circle.

Yes — there are even the luxuries of flushing toilets and hot/cold showers, so your body feels as supported as your spirit.

Due to high demand of increasing the silence from previous attendees, I have added an extra 24 powerful healing hours within, to this event.

This is a safe and loving container to meet yourself fully — held by nature, softened by silence, and supported by sisterhood.
A sacred 72-hour commitment to silence, from midnight Friday to midnight Monday, offering you rare, uninterrupted time to witness your thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and inner freedom.

No schedules.
No rules.
No expectations.

You move to the rhythm of your own heartbeat.

Nowhere to be.
No one to impress.
Nothing to manage.
Just YOU — present, breathing, remembering.

Self-awareness is the doorway to change, healing, and authenticity.
Here, you are invited to gently unplug from external influence and return to the sanctuary within.

A RESET for your foundations.
A chance to become the loving, nurturing, protective adult your Inner Child has always needed — offering yourself security, joy, nourishment, attention, compassion, forgiveness, and deep connection to your Authentic Self.

Together — individually and collectively — we explore the Self in the company of Women, Mothers, Sisters, Daughters, Aunts, and Grandmothers.
A reminder that you do not walk this path alone.
We journey as a Collective Feminine Consciousness, embracing All that We Are, in All that will ever BE, within All that IS...the present moment, the Here & Now!

🌿 Intentions for The Retreat in Silence

Self-Awareness — Who am I?
Self-Responsibility — I honour my choices.
Self-Sufficiency — I know what I need.
Self-Reliability — I trust myself completely.
Self-Reflection — I embrace all of me. I AM enough. I AM powerful.
Self-Healing — I love, accept, and celebrate my unique essence.

Everything begins within you, flows through you, and returns to you.
It is time to pause, breathe, listen, grow, create, and heal — from the inside… out.

The only way out… is IN.
