Join us for our new STRONG class, specifically designed for women looking to enhance their weightlifting skills and build strength through barbell work. Over six week block, you’ll focus on developing technical proficiency in the Olympic lifts: cleans, snatches, and jerks.
In this supportive and empowering environment, I will guide you through structured workouts that emphasise proper technique, strength building, and injury prevention. Each block is tailored to help you progress at your own pace, looking to refine your skills.
Expect to improve your strength, coordination, and confidence as you learn the nuances of Olympic lifting. Get ready to unleash your potential and achieve new PBs in a community that celebrates women’s strength!
