Event description
Come and join us for 2 days of Nurturing & Well-being, these two days are all about YOU. We will be having Yoga/ Mindful Movement sessions, Meditation, sharing circles, learning about your Breath, Core and Pelvic Floor and plenty of time to connect. Satudays session will finish off with a lovely evening dinner at a local restaurant (please note the cost of the dinner is not included in the retreat pricing). Our Sunday session will then start at 8am through to 3:30pm (lunch included)
This retreat is a joint venture with the lovely Jill Warren from Yoga with Jill. Jill is a Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist and currently teaches at YogaSol in Ferny Hills. An all-round fabulous Human.
Saturday 17th June:
12:00pm Welcome
12:30pm Strong Women Yoga session: to energise, strengthen and empower
1:45pm Womens Circle
2:15pm Introduction to Meditation
3:15pm Tea Break
3:45pm Ease stress, Sooth anxiety Meditation
4:45pm Reflection on the day and open discussion.
5:30 Dinner at local restaurant (not included in retreat pricing)
Sunday 18th June
8:00am Tea, Coffee and catch up
8:30am Welcoming the day, circle, cards and reflections.
9:30am Yoga Synergy
10:30am Morning Tea and reflection
11:30 Breath, Core and Pelvic Floor
1:00pm Lunch (included)
2:00pm Anxiety and Nervous system soother
3:30pm Hugging it in and finish.
