Event description

This retreat is for women to  experience a day of nourishing connection to self and others. This will be a place to honour yourself by taking time from your busy life, letting your world disappear for a day and be held in such a way for you to come back to your unique self. We will provide this space for you to unwind, feel supported and nourished to connect to your innate wisdom. We will use breathwork, meditation, cold water therapy and Traditional Chinese medicine to explore, release, centre and distill a vision and find your bridge into the new year. In essence we are preparing a seed to plant on the winter solstice for your future self. We all have the ability to go within and listen to our voice, but in our busy world its easy to get lost, so by creating space and coming together we find our way back to centre.
On this day we will be harnessing the powerful portal of the Winter solstice and the energetic phase of the dark moon. The winter solstice supports us to go inward and reflect on our present life, observe and let go by using this energy of the cosmos to manifest our new reality.
