Winter Solstice is a magical time to gather together as we honour the change of season guiding us to rest and relax and cultivate an internal awareness. As we honour this tradition we also honour ourselves as Women coming together in circle and supporting one another to be heard and held. As women we have many hats to wear and many roles to fulfill so it is deeply nourishing to meet in a non judgemental environment and just be our authentic selves.

This is an opportunity to be part of a Womens circle as well as giving yourself the gift of total relaxation , connection to self whilst you reset your nervous system and return to a calm state.

The afternoon will take you on a journey through guided Visualisations , Circle time , Restorative yoga and guided meditation and everyone will receive a Yantra reading that reveals your leading Chakra ( energy centre).

You will feel more clear and calm ,restored and relaxed, you may receive clarity, inspiration and deep insights about your own life. Overall you will feel like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders , more light & free and ready to shine as your authentic self.
