This is a women's group to provide a network for women to connect, share, learn and grow together in a positive and supportive environment.

We host monthly gatherings for women to meet and sessions take about 2 hours. One hour is spent learning, many times, with a guest presenter, teaching us about a wellness topic. Some topics that may be explored include mindset, crafts, movement activities (e.g. dance or yoga), nutrition, skin health, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, cooking, alternative therapies and much more.

We take time to wind down with a guided meditation, share affirmations and enjoy soulful chats over complimentary cups of herbal tea and yummy treats.

This women's circle is open to anyone who identifies as a woman and is over 16 years of age.

These circles are a perfect way to learn new things, support your health and wellness, meet new friends or just relax!

We have introduced a flexible payment scheme to enable more women to afford these sessions. So you can pay anywhere between $10 to $50 for the event, based on your situation (+ a small booking fee).

These sessions will run throughout the year on the FIRST FRIDAY of every month from 6 PM to 8 PM. And many of us stay and chat a little longer if we need.
