Creative Sundays at Womenspace

After two very successful workshops during the last two month, Eve Baker (Dip HICAT) is returning to Creative Sundays at Womenspace.

One simple way of making time for contemplation and gain several health benefits including a reduction in anxiety, depression and stress is the art of slow stitching where we can lose ourselves in the process and surprise ourselves with what can be created while we “lose our minds” in the calm space of gentle activity.

While this project is supported by Investing in Queensland Women grant program (Office for Women | Department of Health), we are able to offer these sessions for a small fee of $5-$15.

We have cups of coffee/tea - you bring a plate of something delicious to share at 10am - to meet, great, relax into the occasion and then get informed and inspired!
