Yoga Nidra – Thursdays

Claim your evening more fully by being relaxed and refreshed after a day of work.

Try Yoga Nidra which is a deep muscle relaxation practice that requires no mental effort.

Practised while lying comfortably on the floor, or seated in a chair, the task is simply to follow the clearly articulated instructions.

A few simple asanas are practised prior to the relaxation, these too can be done while seated comfortably in a chair.

Yoga Nidra is held at Womenspace, 11 Second Ave Sandgate on Thursdays.

Session passes can be used over a period of 14 weeks to provide flexibility with attendance.
