Happening every third Tuesday of the month, this is your invitation to move your body, connect with like minded women, and soak up that signature Sisterhood energy in a way that feels good for you.

No pressure, no pace expectations… just movement, presence, and community.

We’ll move together for 5km from The Kiosk, Burleigh Heads 📍, then slow it all down afterwards with time to connect, chat, enjoy a matcha and reset by the coast. ☕🌊
