Women With Vision is a first-of-its-kind festival designed for women in optics, by women in optics. It takes place on Sunday, 15 March 2026 at The Timber Yard in Port Melbourne.

The event centres around three core themes:

Refund policy

1. Refunds Before the Event: Refunds are available up to 30 days before the event date. All refunds will be processed for 90% of the ticket price, with the remaining 10% retained to cover administrative and processing costs. 2. Non-Refundable Within 30 Days: Tickets are non-refundable within 30 days of the event, to the maximum extent permitted by law. 3. Ticket Transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee. It is your responsibility to notify the Festival organisers of the new attendee’s details prior to the event and to ensure the new ticket holder is aware of any updates or changes. 4. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: In the unlikely event that the Women with Vision Festival is cancelled, tickets will be refunded in full. If the event is rescheduled, all existing tickets will remain valid for the new date. Attendees will be notified via the email address or contact details provided at purchase. 5. Right to Reschedule: The organisers reserve the right to reschedule the Festival at any time and under any circumstances. 6. Force Majeure (Events Outside Our Control): If cancellation or rescheduling arises from circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or acts of God), you acknowledge that refunds or compensation will only be provided to the extent that the organisers are compensated by the venue or our insurers. 7. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. 8. Event Experience Disclaimer: 9.
