Wonderful world of butterflies

Join the City of Holdfast Bay Bioteam and the Friends of Sturt River Landcare Group to learn more about the fascinating world of butterflies. These small animals are hugely unique. Their life cycle includes a fascinating transformation from caterpillar to adult through metamorphosis and they continue to captivate with their vibrant colours and patterns. Importantly they are critical in nature due to their role as pollinators and indicators of environmental health. Speaker Matt Endacott is a long-time observer of butterflies and has many screen snaps, stories and data to share. Thank you to the City of Holdfast Bay for funding this event.
