Wonderful Worms (Kids 7-12)

Children will learn all about the world of worms and how they can help you in the garden.  Participants will leave with a worm farm starter kit and instructions for keeping worms at home. This event is suitable for children aged 7 to 12. 

This school holiday activity is part of the Enviro House Community Garden Skill Building Program, supported by the Department of Communities - Community Gardens Grants Program.

As participant spaces are limited, if your child is no longer able to attend please ensure you cancel as soon as possible to enable anyone on the Waiting List to register.

About the presenter
Yann Toussaint has over 25 years experience in running bush regeneration nurseries, community gardens and landscaping services. He has taught extensively at UWA and South Regional TAFE in various aspects of sustainability, community development, horticulture and permaculture and regularly delivers gardening, sustainability and nature journaling workshops for adults and children.
