Wood to Bloom — A Spring Reset Workshop

On the eve of the Spring Equinox, step into renewal with a 2-hour workshop blending Yoga, Myofascial Release, and Yin. Guided by the wisdom of the 5 Elements, we’ll honour the Wood energy of spring - supporting the Liver and Gallbladder, releasing tension from the tendons and sides of the body, and awakening clarity, creativity, and flow.

This workshop is an invitation to unfurl from winter’s weight and rise into the fullness of spring. Expect playful movement, grounding release, nourishing stillness, and simple healing practices you can carry into daily life.

What to bring:

We have everything @Manumission to support your practice, though You are welcome to bring your own Mat, blocs, bolsters, eye mask...

I would suggest wearing long sleeves, pants and maybe bringing a cover or Sweater - Even if the weather get hot the body tends to lower its temperature when fully relaxed.
