Join the Project Sunrise community for a power hour of sauna and cold water therapy in collaboration with Sauna Collective!

Nestled within The Takapuna Beach Holiday Park, this authentic wood-fired sauna and cold-plunge experience offers the perfect escape from the hustle of daily life. Here you can unwind and rejuvenate, preparing for a restful weekend ahead.

Come along to unwind and make some new friends!

We've reserved the sauna for an hour just for us, and have been lucky to be given a discounted rate of $10 per person for the experience (pay on the day).
