Woodlands Trail Run 2024

2024 TICKETS are close to sold out, if you wanted to run this year and there are no tickets for your distance you can email us and check for cancellations and available spots.

Late Entries will not receive a medal on the day and will receive via post when new stock received.

Woodlands Historic Park is more well known for being the home for the Living Legends "Retired Race Horses".

Life after racing for race horses, a place to retire and call home and receive the special attention they should.

Of course the horses weren't the first ones here. The 700 hectare site has a deep indigenous history.

The trails we explore will take you through single tracks, wide open paths, some gentle climbs and a few challenging ones.

You will see the retired races horses along with many Kangaroos and various birds. 

You will feel like you can at times reach up and touch planes landing at Melbourne Airport.

This is truly a place for adventures and exploring nature and history and its on the edge of our city.

The historic homestead right on the start finish line is a great place to enjoy some hearty food and drinks.

Woodlands Park Trail Run is for the whole family with several distances to choose for your walk or run.

Our courses are designed to be as close to the real distance as possible and on occasions we throw in a little extra for fun at no extra charge :-)
