WOOF - The Rainbow Dog Show

Hot on the paws of this years Auckland event, Woof! is set to make its Queenstown debut.... This popular annual event is held every summer in Ponsonby, Auckland, drawing a large and diverse crowd from all over the Auckland region.

Woof! - The Rainbow Dog Show is a fun competition Dog Show where precious pups compete in various categories (dress up) to win a whole kennel full of prizes!A bevy of celebrity judges will be casting their eyes over the following categories….

Best Dressed
Dog & Owner Lookalike
Most Camp
Most Butch
Wee Woofers (kids)
Best Trick/Talent
Best In Show!

MC and organiser Steven Oates says he can't wait to be back in one of his favorite parts of the country and actually being able to meet all the goodest dogs in the region....."having hosted the Doggy Drag competition at Winter Pride in 2019 I am thrilled to be bringing the whole Woof! show down this year. 

It's going to be a stand alone event dedicated to our best friends, our dogs! What's not to love?! Bring your dogs along and enter or just come watch, its a K9 good time!"

All the action takes place lakeside at Earnslaw Park right in the centre of town on Saturday 4th September. 

Allow time to come register at 1 pm and hang out with us before the competition/show starts at 2 pm sharp! And don’t run away straight after as we will have DJ Modella (Chelsea Coleman) spinning some tunes for our doggy dance party….Woof! - The Rainbow Dog Show is proudly created by Aotearoa’s Rainbow Community but everyone is welcome.
