Woolly Rhino Open Mic - March 2025

Come and join us at Trainscendence for an afternoon of wholesome times!

This event aims to create a space where local artists can showcase their craft with a gang of supportive,
like-hearted individuals. This could be anything from songs, poems, stories or close up magic.

Open mic sets will be a max length of 15 minutes, allowing time for a 5 minute change over and there will be a house guitar that anyone is welcome to use. We're very excited to hear your stuff!!

Woolly Rhino is a Melbourne-based community that strives to provide a space where people can access the arts regardless of skill level. We run crafternoons and facilitate the yearly-(ish) release of Wholesome Content, a collection of tracks by Melbourne adjacent artists.

Tickets free for those performing on the day, in which case select a free 'performer's ticket.' Otherwise, tickets are $10 + BF. For this event, $5 of your ticket goes towards future Woolly Rhino ventures and $5 towards helping Trainscendence venue buy a new light to illuminate you better at the next open mic! Trainscendence is a members-only venue, buying a ticket to this event includes a free membership to Trainscendence.
