Woolnorth Wilderness Ride - Blue Tier & Lunch

Experience Derby’s true goblin forest on the Blue Tier – it is the quintessential Blue Derby experience with a trail that has it all.

The ride will be led out by experienced mountain bikers hailing from Woolnorth Renewables, a North-East based business that harnesses its power from wind and can be viewed from a point on the Tier.

This ride will feature the quiet beauty of the sub-alpine environment paired with crystal clear streams, dark and brooding myrtle forests and remnants of the once thriving tin mining industry hidden beneath lichen and moss. It’s a one way trail, mostly descending and a must do when celebrating our network gem’s this anniversary event.

Price includes a light lunch at Weldborough Hotel, a private group shuttle to the Blue Tier trailhead, and return transfers to Derby Township.
