A Coastal Day Out to Woolgoolga

Saturday 12th December 2026, we head north, picking up our fellow travellers along the way before arriving at the vibrant Woopi Markets in Beach Street, Woolgoolga. Nestled just moments from the beach, these popular community markets are full of colour, flavour, and local character, featuring everything from handmade crafts and boutique stalls to fresh produce, plants, gifts, fashion, delicious treats, and more. With a relaxed coastal atmosphere and plenty to explore, you’ll have a few enjoyable hours to browse, shop, and soak up the friendly “Woopi” vibe.

At 13:00 we depart for lunch at the welcoming Woolgoolga Diggers Club, located just a short distance from the ocean. Sit back, relax, and enjoy a delicious meal while catching up with friends and sharing your market finds from the morning.

But the day isn’t over yet! As we make our way south, we’ll call into the spectacular Sealy Lookout in the Orara East State Forest. Home to the iconic Forest Sky Pier, this stunning lookout offers breathtaking panoramic views stretching across Coffs Harbour, the coastline, and surrounding hinterland. Take a stroll among the towering trees, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and enjoy one final highlight before we continue home after a wonderful day away with Port Bus. 🚌✨
