Event description

When you hear "Word Perv" what's the first thing that comes to mind? Whatever you're imagining may very well be something that you'll see at Smelt House the first Wednesday of each month.

Word Perv is a storytelling and variety show that explores the dynamic themes of gender and sexuality. You'll see performers and non-performers alike share their personal experiences on how these universal themes have shaped their lives.

A few practical deets about Smelt House:

  • There is only street parking at the venue so please arrive early to find a spot or ride share!

  • Smelt House is a bit tucked away - we will have a sign on the sidewalk to direct you!

    • In case you get a little lost.. the closest street facing business is "Shag Noir Salon". To the left is a gate - walk through the gate and Smelt House is the second (red) door on your right!

  • The space is limited to 30 people so be sure to get your tickets ahead of time or show up early to get seats at the door!

  • We will have drinks & swag for purchase!
